It is another #1 for Bette Foord on the Atomic Top Twenty chart as “Come Home, Soon” was played as the number one song last night.

Bette posted on the song’s page about the creation of the song and her use of any money gained from sales “I wrote this song for my mum when she was going in for her double mastectomy. All funds raised through this song will be donated to National Breast Cancer Foundation for breast cancer awareness, research and prevention.“

Awareness, research and prevention of diseases and conditions is important for the growth of humanity and hopefully the song has generated enough sales for the NBCF to receive a great total.

The success of the song gives it a good chance of making the end of year chart as the Top 100 songs earn a place on it, Bette had fourteen entries in 2022 and while 2023’s total will likely be smaller, her songs may end up at the pointy end of the chart.
